Service and Maintenance

We offer scheduled and reactive service and maintenance to extend the life of your equipment, reduce the likelihood of downtime, update firmware and ensure it consistently performs at its best. Such an approach maximises your value for money.

Many of our installations offer advanced hardware replacement of hardware, which means that if a piece of hardware ifs faulty, a new device is sent so that when the faulty item is removed, there is no significant system downtime. 

If equipment is faulty, it would be returned to our Product Repair / Test  Centre, where it will be examined, cleaned, repaired, updated and fully tested before being returned, and reinstalled.

Service Levels

We offer a range of service levels as follows:-

Bronze Service Level:

  • Mon to Fri 48-hour onsite response
  • 1 No. free service visit per year
  • Up to 2 No. free call-outs per year

Silver Service Level:

  • Mon to Fri 24-hour onsite response
  • 1 No. free service visits per year
  • Up to 4 No. free call-outs per year

Gold Service Level:

  • Mon to Fri 12-hour onsite response
  • 2 No. free service visits per year
  • Unlimited free call-outs per year
